Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead the technical team in developing and implementing software solutions. Oversee the design development and maintenance of serverside and clientside architecture. Ensure all techrelated resources are optimally utilized and projects are delivered on time. Collaborate with Project Managers and other team leaders to align technical initiatives with business goals. Maintain high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits within the coding and development teams.

Requirements for position:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field. Masters degree in a technical discipline is preferred. Other Required Qualifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS Azure etc.) are a plus. Experience leading Agile development teams. Area of Expertise: 710 years of handson experience in fullstack web development. Deep understanding of serverside and clientside architecture patterns and best practices. Required Technical Skills: Proficient in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g. React Angular Node.js PHP Python). Expertise in designing and implementing scalable secure and maintainable software systems. Knowledge of cloudbased infrastructure and deployment strategies. Familiarity with testdriven development and continuous integration/deployment.

Other Necessary Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the technical team. Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills. Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders. Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements. Commitment to fostering a culture of code quality and best practices. Minimum Years of Experience: 710 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the ecommerce or digital products domain.
