Job Description
Requirements for position
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related technical field.
- Masters degree in a technical discipline is preferred.
Other Required Qualifications:
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g. AWS Azure etc.) are a plus.
- Experience leading Agile development teams.
Area of Expertise:
- 710 years of handson experience in fullstack web development.
- Deep understanding of serverside and clientside architecture patterns and best practices.
Required Technical Skills:
- Proficient in modern web development frameworks and languages (e.g. React Angular Node.js PHP Python).
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable secure and maintainable software systems.
- Knowledge of cloudbased infrastructure and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with testdriven development and continuous integration/deployment.
Other Necessary Skills:
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to guide the technical team.
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers and stakeholders. Ability to align technical solutions with business requirements.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of code quality and best practices.
Minimum Years of Experience:
- 710 years of proven experience as a technical lead or senior developer in the ecommerce or digital products domain.
