Job Description
GrowTalent.com t is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Spanish speaking Conversion Agent for their Limassol office.
Position: Conversion Agent
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the companys products and service
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert highquality leads into longlasting customers
- Increase opportunities of attaining future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Spanish both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous phonebased sales experience from any industry
- No previous Forex experience required
- Ability to influence and persuade others with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively
- Proven track record in sales preferably in a conversionfocused role within a similar industry or environment
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets motivated by performance metrics and driven to deliver results
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic sales environment
- Computer literate
- Management and mathematics skills
