Location: Limassol Cyprus

Work Model: Onsite
What Youll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships by delivering exceptional support and service.
- Retention Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to improve client loyalty and reduce churn.
- Account Monitoring: Regularly review client accounts to identify risks opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Upselling & CrossSelling: Suggest additional products and services that align with client needs and goals.
- Market Updates: Keep clients informed about market trends news and economic developments relevant to their trading activities.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for client issues ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on retention activities outcomes and KPIs to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions comply with company policies regulatory requirements and industry standards.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in Arabic with a strong command of English (both verbal and written).
- Experience: Proven track record in a similar role within the FX/Forex industry or financial services.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial markets Forex trading and related products.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal abilities to influence and negotiate effectively.
- CustomerCentric Approach: A focus on providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data identify trends and make marketdriven decisions.
- ProblemSolving: Proactive and efficient in addressing client concerns.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems trading platforms and relevant software.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
