Responsibilities
Al Mulla Electronics Company is strategically partnering with a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics home appliances and HVAC systems and seeking an experienced and proactive B2B Snr. Sales Engineer Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC). The ideal candidate will be entrusted with the management of designated strategic accounts providing comprehensive sales and technical support throughout the entire sales process. This includes initiating client engagement fostering relationships discovering and assessing opportunities aiding in pilot projects and ultimately securing successful deal closures. Key Tasks: Drive Sales Growth and Operations: Lead the sales growth and operations for ducted and ductless Commercial Air Conditioning (CAC) product solutions including but not limited VRFs single and multisplits packaged units within the assigned territory. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with sales partners to enhance market share and customer satisfaction. Collaborative Business Strategies: Formulate and implement collaborative business strategies with major accounts and sales partners to drive the growth of the CAC product portfolio market share and customer satisfaction. Sales Forecasting and Inventory Management: Collaborate with sales partners and contractors to forecast sales projects project timelines and inventory. Ensure revenue targets and factory inventory goals are met. Lead Generation: Generate and follow up on CAC leads from existing and potential customers. Networking and Referrals: Leverage existing contacts to identify CAC opportunities and establish new connections through strategic networking and referrals. Product Knowledge: Master product knowledge to effectively recommend detail and market CAC solutions. Training and Empowerment: Educate and empower the personnel of key accounts and partners regarding the products attributes advantages and sales methodologies.

Major
: A bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required. An MBA or related advanced degree can be advantageous.
Experience

Field of Experience
: At least five years of experience in sales and technical roles with a focus on areas relevant CAC systems and product solutions. Proven track record in technical sales ideally within industries related to VRF packaged and room air conditioning or similar fields. Experience in managing and growing key accounts particularly in sectors such as hospitality retail education and corporate environments. Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical information and effectively communicate it to a nontechnical audience. Familiarity with project management and the ability to oversee projects from conception to completion.

Ability to guide and work alongside a team towards common sales goals. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations and presentations. Technical Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and technical software such as AutoCAD. Understanding of Business Operations: Comprehensive understanding of business operations specifically sales management finance budgeting and principles of risk management. Compliance Regulations: Thorough understanding of compliance regulations related to antibribery and corruption. Continuous Learning: Willingness to stay updated with the latest industry trends and product developments.
