About your role
Identify and evaluate growthstage investment opportunities in the property / industrial / infrastructure / transportation technology sector globally.
Conduct thorough due diligence including market analysis financial modeling and risk assessment.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with entrepreneurs industry leaders and coinvestors worldwide.
Lead negotiations and structuring of investment transactions aligning with the firms global investment strategy.
Monitor and support portfolio companies providing strategic guidance to enhance growth and value.
Collaborate with the investment team to develop and refine global investment strategies and processes.
Represent the firm at international industry events conferences and networking opportunities.
What you will need to succeed
Masters degree in Finance Business Administration Engineering or a related field (candidates with an engineering background will be preferred).
8 years of experience in private equity venture capital or investment banking with a focus on growthstage investments in the deep tech sector.
Proven track record of successful investments in growthstage companies across various regions.
Strong understanding of the global tech landscape and emerging trends in deep tech including sectors such as semiconductors biotechnology artificial intelligence advanced materials and robotics.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Experience working within the tech industry is advantageous.
