Job Title: Google Business Profile Specialist
Location: Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Our collaborative team ensures that our clients Google Business Profiles are continuously optimized and performing at their best. As part of our team youll have the opportunity to make a direct operational impact with guidance from a mentor and support from a group of dedicated professionals.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Google Business Profile Specialist to manage optimize and troubleshoot Google Business Profile (GBP) accounts for our clients. This role will focus on optimizing profiles handling suspensions and ensuring accurate and timely profile verifications. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented operationally focused and have experience in Google Business Profile management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Business Profile Optimizations: Complete monthly optimizations for clients GBP ensuring accurate profile information posts and images. Measure success through profile views clicks and overall account performance.
- Profile Verifications: Manage the verification of client Google Business Profiles resolving issues and maintaining internal records.
- Suspension Handling & Reinstatement: Proactively manage the reinstatement of suspended GBP accounts minimizing downtime and documenting the reinstatement process.
- Daily Task Management: Provide daily updates to the team on GBP task progress through Slack and attend daily standups.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track optimizations suspensions and reinstatements meticulously maintaining detailed internal records.
- Internal Communication: Keep the team informed on task progress issue resolution and potential improvements during weekly team meetings.
Outcomes & KPIs:
- Google Business Profile Optimizations: Regularly updated profiles with increased views clicks and account performance.
- Profile Verifications: Timely and accurate verification of profiles.
- Suspension Handling: Quick resolution and reinstatement of suspended accounts.
- Internal Communication: Daily updates on progress and continuous communication with the team.

- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in GBP optimization verification and suspension handling.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate execution of profile updates with detailed documentation.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and propose solutions.
- Proactivity: Anticipate challenges and address them before they escalate.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing Google Business Profile accounts.
- Proficiency with Gmail Google Calendar and other Google Suite tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage and report daily tasks efficiently.
