Job Description
- Understand and capable of doing all Switchboard office duties.
- Answer and connect all the external and internal calls.
- Takes messages and control all messages if they have been received by the guests.
- Handle wakeup call requests.
- Control the Voice Mail and the Telephone Interface if the systems are working properly.
- Handle fire alarm and bomb threat.
- Handle guests doctor requests.
- Check the telephone charges that have been made properly.
- Handle guests Do Not Disturb requests.
- Inform the Manager on Duty about all the important and emergency events.
- Followup daily notes logbook checklist.
- Helps for all duties at the desk
- Follow up daily duties and signs the checklist.
- Updates all guest information from registration card to the computer system.
- Perform other duties assigned by his/her Supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Ability to work from multiple shifts includes night shift
- Good communication skills Arabic and Russian speaker is highly preferred
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
