• Performs a variety of skilledduties in support of the (AMI) team including reading, building,installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, androuting AMI meters.
• Assists in preparing alltechnical daily reports related to command center Operations, in atimely manner, as applicable to therole.
• Identifies, diagnoses, and resolvesoperation problems.
• Provides the necessaryassistance to Supervisors/Analyst as and when required in theexecution of work processes.
• Coordinates withthe departments, customer, contactors, site–team asrequired.
• Handles the command center system andother associated program for meter installation and complaintsystem.
• Keeps record and prepare report etc.regarding all kinds of data systems.
• Handlesextensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording and preparesall kinds of reports with appropriateformat.
• Works in cooperation with QualityAssurance and Continual Improvement section on securing andmaintain the ISO / Risk Management / ISMScertification.
• Carries out and ensures thecompliance of all activities within the Installation Section arein-line with the in-place health and safetyregulations.
• Ensures one’savailability to work across all three shifts, in a 24/7environment.
• Performs other tasks that may beassigned from time to time.
Full-time
