Roles and responsibilities
- Contributes to the development of and drive the implementation of health and wellbeing (H&W) policies, procedures, guidance notes and standards.
- Responsible for execution of group-wide delivery plans, programmes and projects ensuring delivery to planned time and budget.
- Provides support and guidance to the operational business to enable local delivery.
- Collaborates with HR and (health safety and wellbeing) HSW functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.
- Remains up to date with the latest thinking and research relating to organisational health and wellbeing.
- Analyses data outputs from surveys, audits, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and other data sources and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manages relationships and performance of suppliers ensuring contractual arrangements are delivered to quality, time and budget.
- Work with senior leaders, HSW and HR stakeholders to deliver cost effective and efficient H&W performance.
- Identifies and implements continuous improvement plans/identifies key business improvements.
- Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

- Wellbeing Monitoring: Regularly monitor and assess the effectiveness of wellbeing programs, making adjustments to ensure they remain relevant, effective, and compliant.
