Job Description:
The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for USbased employees. This role involves handling payroll calculations deductions compliance with federal and state laws and addressing payrollrelated inquiries from employees. The specialist will work closely with the HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
Responsibilities :

Process biweekly or monthly payrolls for USbased employees.

Calculate wages salaries bonuses and deductions accurately.

Ensure compliance with federal state and local payroll regulations.

Stay updated on changes to payroll laws and regulations.

Ensure accurate and timely yearend reporting including W2s.

Address and resolve payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies.

Liaise with HR and Finance to resolve any payroll issues.
