Accountable for influencing, building, maintaining, and strengthening internal and external stakeholder relationships and where applicable, lead and develop teams.
Monitors and reports on performance and provide advice, guidance and expertise as needed.

Key contributor to the development and execution of the groupwide health and wellbeing strategy.
Responsible for execution of group-wide delivery plans, programmes and projects ensuring delivery to planned time and budget.

Delivers continuous improvements in processes through application of best practices and lessons learned.
Drives transformational change.
Collaborates with the HR and HSW functions to enable them to support their clients across all groups and geographies.
Responsible for assuring the identification of risks relating to health and wellbeing are assessed, managed and mitigated.
Acts as a thought leader in developing health and wellbeing initiatives across the business, identifying new pathways and programmes for health and wellbeing, and evolving digital technologies.
Engages with and influences identified business and industry stakeholders.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

Relevant degree qualification.
Excellent communications skills.

Professional membership or working towards demonstrable professional or personal development.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.

• Leadership and Team Management:

  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate HSE teams and ensure cross-functional cooperation.
  • Ability to influence and implement safety and environmental standards across the organization.

• Risk Management:

  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to health, safety, and the environment.
  • Knowledge of risk assessment tools, methods, and practices.

• Regulatory Knowledge:

  • In-depth knowledge of local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Expertise in compliance management and the ability to stay updated on changing laws and regulations.

• Communication Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting HSE issues to senior management, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to promote a culture of safety through training, meetings, and regular communication.

• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex safety and environmental challenges in real-time.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure to ensure the safety of employees and the environment.

• Training and Development:

  • Ability to design and implement training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior HSE staff.

• Analytical Skills:
