About Your Company
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior / Finance Manager to join their team in PRC and play a crucial role in driving financial excellence within the organization. **Station in Guangdong Province is a MUST.** This position will focus on managing financial operations and ensuring compliance across our subsidiaries in Hong Kong China and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the timely preparation of comprehensive monthly financial and management reports.
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decisionmaking.
- Develop and manage the budgeting process including forecasting revenue and expenses.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets identifying variances and proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in Hong Kong China and other regions.
- Stay informed about changes in regulations and communicate these to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with regional teams external auditors financial institutions and other stakeholders.
- Manage taxation matters to optimize tax efficiency.
- Oversee treasury functions including cash flow management and investment strategies.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining financial processes and implementing best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related discipline.
- Qualified Accountant (HKICPA / HKSA / ACCA or equivalent).
- At least 10 years of working experience in which 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial finance role ideally within property management real estate leasing or financial investment.
- Strong understanding of HK and PRC tax regulations; experience in international finance is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to solve complex financial problems and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office applications particularly Excel; familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) both written and spoken.
- Station in Guangdong Province is a MUST.
