Job Title: Project Officer (Agriculture)
Location: Lagos Nigeria (Remote)

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Farm Setup: Assist clients in establishing efficient and sustainable farming operations.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analyses to identify opportunities and trends.
- Feasibility Studies: Evaluate the viability of agricultural projects and provide strategic recommendations.
- Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans tailored to clients needs.
- Due Diligence: Perform detailed assessments to ensure project compliance and viability.
- ESC Compliance: Ensure all projects meet Environmental Social and Corporate (ESC) standards.
- Market Access: Facilitate connections between clients and relevant markets to enhance their reach and profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Agriculture Agribusiness Environmental Science or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the agriculture sector or a related consulting role.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with modern agricultural trends such as hydroponics aquaponics permaculture and sustainable farming practices.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of enthusiasm discipline and a proactive attitude.
- Passion: A genuine passion for agriculture and a commitment to contributing to the sector s growth and sustainability.
