Job Description
HM Note: This hybrid role is three (3) days in office
Responsibilities: and nbsp;
Lead the design of test strategy plans scenarios scripts or procedures for testing and nbsp;
General Skills: and nbsp;
Experience coordinating the test strategy and plan with project managers and others and nbsp;
Experience writing and reviewing a test strategy for the project and test policy for the organization. and nbsp;
Experience contributing the testing perspective to other project activities such as development integration testing etc. and nbsp;
Experience planning the tests considering the context and understanding the test objectives and risk including selecting test approaches estimating the time effort and cost of testing acquiring resources defining test levels cycles and planning incident management and nbsp;
Experience initiating the specification preparation implementation and execution of tests monitor the test results and check the exit criteria and nbsp;
Experience adapting planning based on test results and progress(tweaking the plan) and take necessary actions to compensate for problems and nbsp;
Experience introducing suitable metrics for measuring test progress and evaluating the quality of the testing and product. and nbsp;
Experience providing input to test automation strategy test automation framework roadmap and nbsp;
Experience selecting tools to support testing and organize any training in tool use for testers and nbsp;
Experience coordinating usage and assignment of test environment with all stakeholders. and nbsp;
Experience writing test summary reports based on the information gathered during testing. and nbsp;
Experience executing full lifecycle software development and nbsp;
Experience programming welldesigned testable efficient code and nbsp;
Experience creating / producing specifications and determine operational feasibility and nbsp;
Experience leading / providing guidance to team members and nbsp;
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Testing Proficiency 75%
Proven experience as a:
Functional tester for large scale enterprise systems undergoing transformation or being built from scratch. and nbsp; and nbsp;
Experience in and nbsp;developing automated test scripts using different tools such as Selenium Robotic WAVE and others and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
testing and in use of REST API to create test data and verify expected results.
Experience using Rest API clients such as Postman Curl SOAP UI and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
Experience with designing developing and maintaining test
cases based on industry best practices and standards and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
Experience with manual test execution and defect reporting testing
of various types of integration technologies and nbsp;
Database Systems: and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp; and nbsp;
Understanding of relational Database technology and working experience
with SQL in the context either test data preparation or expected result
verification with one of the database management systems such as SQL Server Oracle MS Access and nbsp;
Database testing
Test Automation Frameworks:
Test Automation Tools (e.g. Selenium Robotic)
API Testing (REST SOAP) Postman and Swagger
AODA Testing tools
Collaboration and communication: 25%
Good team collaboration documentation problem solving and communication skills
