Job Title: Customer Success & Sales Assistant
Location:
Remote (EST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Success & Sales Assistant to support our operations in customer satisfaction followups CRM management and scheduling tasks. You will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships tracking estimates and helping us grow by ensuring highquality control after job completions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PostJob Quality Control: Follow up with customers postjob completion to ensure satisfaction request reviews and send invoices if necessary.
  • Estimate FollowUp: Track outstanding estimates follow up with customers to close deals and manage all information in our CRM systems (Workiz GoHighLevel).
  • Process Documentation: Document processes for consistency and scalability in future operations.
  • Customer Communication & Scheduling: Assist with customer communications scheduling and coordinating technician appointments.
  • Lead Research & Outreach: Research potential clients and schedule appointments for properties in need of services based on provided data.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Workiz GoHighLevel) or willingness to learn.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle phone calls emails and customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Experience in customer service or salesrelated roles.
  • A positive attitude a team player and willingness to learn and grow.

NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with Asana Monday.com Notion or other project management tools.
    CRM experience.
  • Experience managing customer relationships or sales pipelines.
