Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic HR and recruitment team. As a Talent Sourcer you will play a pivotal role in identifying engaging and building a robust pipeline of toptier candidates for current and future hiring needs. Your ability to leverage innovative sourcing strategies and tools will help us find the best talent to drive the companys success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements candidate profiles and workforce planning needs.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media professional networks and talent communities.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates using Boolean search techniques data mining and other sourcing methodologies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by nurturing relationships with passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Prescreen candidates to evaluate qualifications cultural fit and interest in the role before submitting them to recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to track sourcing activities and candidate data.
  • Stay updated on industry trends sourcing tools and best practices to improve sourcing efforts continuously.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally in all interactions serving as the first point of contact for potential candidates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer Recruiter or in a similar role within HR or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean search and talent mapping.
  • Familiarity with Zoho Recruit ATS systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates effectively and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask prioritise and thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to identify and engage talent.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
