Job Description

 

Your mission:

As a Business Development Representative your mission is to expand our local business community drive sales and be the face of Teya in your area.

  • Connect & Build: Talk to local small and midsize businesses establish your own network of connections
  • Improve Sales: Make Teyas sales better so customers feel valued and supported. Build trust to create a positive customer experience
  • Go Sell: Visit businesses have meetings and sell our products to ultimately win new business and hit your targets 
  • Get New Customers: Find and sign up new businesses to use Teya identify opportunities and find your own leads
  • Make Sales Smooth: Make sure things go well and results happen on time
  • Show & Explain: Tell customers about Teya answer their questions
  • Keep Track: Use systems to manage sales and help customers
  • Keep Learning: Know whats happening in the industry to help Teya grow
  • Support Teya: Tell everyone about our POS solutions in your area

Qualifications :

Your Story:

  • Passionate about supporting small and growing businesses
  • Prefer working in a fastpaced dynamic fieldbased environment
  • Good at building relationships with local businesses
  • Experience in sales or similar roles is a plus
  • Motivation to improve sales and achieve goals
  • Effective communication skills and ability to convey ideas clearly
  • Selfmotivated and driven to succeed
  • Resourceful in identifying new business opportunities
  • Organized and detailoriented
  • Open to learning and developing skills passionate about tech and digital products
  • Fluent in English and Croatian languages
  • Possess a drivers license and own a car
