NBCUniversal is hiring a Senior Manager of Merchandising Operations to join the team responsible for building and publishing TV series movies and custom content across the DirecttoConsumer service and other digital streaming products. We are seeking a coolheaded detailobsessed team member who is adept at managing the ebb and flow of a massive digital library in a fastevolving industry and can be a Swiss Army Knife to support the team.
The Merchandising Operations team is tasked with ensuring the readiness of the streaming library by managing the artwork metadata and related assets that power the streaming library including alternative and custom assets used in audience segmentation and multivariate testing. It is a 24/7 operation responsible for updating content based on performance programming tactics and events unfolding in real time working in coordination with the Product Marketing and Customer Support teams in addition to other stakeholders. Additionally this role will be involved in key initiatives involving product enhancements metadata optimization and feature expansions that keep Peacock evolving and current in the streaming landscape.
The successful candidate for this role will bring handson experience managing complex publishing projects an aptitude with a variety of content management systems or computer programs and a sense of personal responsibility for the accuracy of their work while multitasking multiple projects that cover a variety of operating procedures and systems. To excel in this role you must be able to set and meet deadlines for publishing large volumes of content communicate fluently with the teams throughout the company and consistently strive to improve workflows and processes.

Salary range: $110000 $125000 (bonus eligible)
