Bank Care Assistant (Days/Nights). Priesty Field Care Home
- Hourly Rate: £12.50 per hour days and £13.50 per hour nights
- Shifts: 8am8pm day shifts or 8pm8am night shifts available

Priesty Fields Care Home is a beautifully designed home which is located in the historic market town of Congleton and blends modern design and technology with premium care and comfort. Priesty Fields offers bespoke residential and nursing care in a secure and welcoming environment tailored to meet each individual’s needs.

Our dedicated team provides residential nursing respite and tailored professional care services to the broader community with the expertise to meet the most intricate individual needs.
As a Bank Care Assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Applying your existing skills to support residents with personal care hygiene meals and daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
- Tailoring care to residents' individual preferences and needs helping them live fulfilling and enriched lives
- Maintaining the highest standards of care professionalism and attention to detail within the home
- Collaborating with a skilled team to ensure residents' needs are consistently met

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltime hours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our ‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via ‘WAGESTREAM’. Advertised pay rates are for shifts worked from 1st April 2023.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in the health and social care sector with a commitment to delivering highquality care
- A compassionate professional approach to supporting older adults particularly those requiring nursing palliative or dementia care
- Flexibility to work day and night shifts as needed
