As an Assistant Front of House Manager you will support the Front of House Manager overseeing the daytoday operations of the front desk ensuring the highest level of guests satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the Front of House team in the running of the daily operations and looking after our guests throughout their stay.
- Handle any guest complaints in a timely manner and ensure that suitable solutions are reached to satisfaction of our guests.
- Assist the FHM with the design and implementation of new procedures when necessary.
- Carry out Duty Management functions as required.
- Support the management with ongoing On Job Training Programs within the department to meet Brand and Service Standards.
- Collaborate with the Front of House Manager in creating a team that works together with trust and takes responsibility to meet the goals of the department / Hotel.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a similar position within a hotel environment is essential.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to details.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Essential to be flexible with working hours including evenings nights weekends and bank holidays.
