You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailBe part of the FHA marketing team to deliver engaging omnichannel marketing campaigns to increase event branding attendance engagement and partnership collaborations.
Marketing Planning & Execution
Manage and develop content across marketing assets and channels from print to online including website direct mailers social media platforms and event app
Develop compelling messaging positioning and creative assets that aligns with target audience and marketing objectives
Ensure all marketing materials are highquality accurate and delivered on time
Management of photographers and videographers for event coverage interviews and testimonials
Track industry trends customer feedback and competitor activity to adjust marketing strategies as needed.
Analytics & Lead Generation
Identify and segment target audiences to maximize event reach and engagement
Use of online / enterprise systems for marketing purposes and database management
Data Management including data mining to improve customer segmentation and targeting as well as campaign performance
Track evaluate and report results for marketing campaigns
Measure customer satisfaction by developing surveys and provide insights
Marketing Innovation
Ensure adoption and optimization of new marketing trends and technologies
Monitor performance to deliver effective and impactful campaigns
Develop and execute audience engagement strategies that create interactive and memorable experiences as well as to encourage attendee involvement
Design and implement gamified experiences contests and other activities to capture the attention of attendees and encourage booth visits.
Partnership and Collaboration
Manage working relationship with creative agencies partners and vendors
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business operations.
Preparation of publicity contracts & materials to engage trade and media partners
Ensure that partnership deliverables are executed timely
Qualifications :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent with minimum 5 years of work experience in event management and marketing
Strong creativity and flexibility in approach
Goaldriven selfstarter with a passion for marketing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders
Eagerness to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Design Software is a plus
Quick to learn and adapt to enterprise systems such as CRM Content Management Systems (CMS) and Database Management tools
Willingness to work extended hours including weekends during event preparation and execution
