Job Description
Care Assistant Benefits:
- Excellent pay rates from 12.00 to 13.00 per hour plus enhanced bank holiday rates
- Minimum 1 hour calls time to develop and build a great relationship with your client

Care Assistant responsibilities:
Home Instead carers are called Care Professionals and being a Care Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1 hour care visits and client matching you have the time to provide high quality personcentred care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying to appointments or shopping
- Personal care supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing showering dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent
Qualifications :
You arent required to have experience for this role. We offer Award Winning training which is a combination of elearning and inhouse workshops leading to a nationally recognised Certificate of Care once completed.
The role does require you to hold a full driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
