As a Team Lead Engineering you are expected to quickly onboard and help build and maintain the User Directory product which includes integrations into Active Directory LDAP and other external Identity Providers for user information. You need to be able to lead effectively and manage a team of engineers through the development and QA process. You need to be selforganized and should be selfsufficient enough to work with minimum mentoring and supervision. Understand customer scenarios and requirements to validate the best solution. Design and develop high quality software and own the product features end to end including UI backend and test automation. Continuously raise the bar for development practices and need to be abreast with the latest technologies both in the company and industry and be able to utilize them to good effect. You will also spend time collaborating closely with other Team Leads/Managers on larger crossfunctional features.
Lead a team of engineers involving both development and QA
Understand customer scenarios and requirements to suggest and develop innovative technical solutions and tools in the User Directory product
Facilitate collaboration with engineering team product management and designers.
You need to be selforganized and should be selfsufficient enough to work with minimum mentoring and supervision

Qualifications :
BS in Computer Science or equivalent combination of technical education and work experience
6 years of experience working as a software developer on agile teams.
At least 6 years of experience in developing web or enterprise applications
Experience using source code management tools such as GIT Bitbucket Perforce or equivalent
C# expertise The ability to get up and running with little to no guidance on how to write C# applications
Experience with Active Directory LDAP EntraID or another type of Directory Service
Experience with ReactJS and javascript
Understanding of PKI Certificate security encryption HTTPS
Strong programming debugging and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and oral communication and collaboration skills ability to collaborate effectively in team across team and with management and other disciplines
Effective team player

The salary range for this position is $137000 $190000/year plus commissions or discretionary bonus which will be based on the employees performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical dental vision financial and other benefits.
