Qualifications :

Are you ready to join our IT dream team Were looking for a tech wizard with:
- Experience as a 2nd/3rd line support champion or similar role
- Corporate office battlefield experience supporting 300 devices like a boss
- Windows 11 MacBook iPhone and Android device taming skills
- Microsoft Office 365 and Azure AD services mastery
- Enterprise client management tool expertise (SCCM/ConfigMgr Intune JAMF) in an onpremise Domain environment
- Mobile Device Management (MDM) superpowers using Microsoft Intune/JAMF or other MDM solution problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication & time management skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently like a true superhero
