Senior Insight Analyst

As a Senior Insight & Player Protection Analyst you will play a crucial role in shaping our approach to player safety and responsible gaming.
What Youll Do:
- Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Use advanced analytics to identify trends risks and opportunities related to player behavior and protection. Transform complex data into clear actionable insights that drive decisionmaking across the business.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the companyincluding product compliance and customer serviceto integrate player protection insights into every aspect of our operations.
- Reporting & Communication: Produce detailed reports that highlight key findings and recommendations. Communicate these insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
Qualifications :
- Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM Maths Statistics Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experience
- Working experience in an analytical role preferably within the gambling or gaming industry.
- Proficient in SQL and one or more of the following: Python R SAS
- Knowledge of Data visualisation software Power BI preferrable
- Proven ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations
- Strong communication collaboration and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders
- Passion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data models
