You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur National Customer Relationship Manager is looking for a top class Secretary to join them here at the Nations favourite parcel delivery company. We are looking for an excellent performer who has a creative flair and the ability to produce great Presentations. This role will be based from our site in Lincoln.
Well also expect you to display all the qualities required to provide a wide ranging and confidential senior level support service including:
Provide all secretarial and administrative support to the National Customer Relationship Manager including diary management within Google calendar opening and responding to emails/post accommodation booking and other daytoday communication
Give secretarial and administration support to the CRM Departmental Managers
Act as first point of contact for general enquiries escalations and where possible answer such queries
Organise all venues and catering requirements for CRM Team meetings and any other business events as and when required
Responsible for producing memos minutes letters recruitment confidential communication & liaising with internal departments across the business.
Record and Monitor company holiday entitlement via the CRM Annual Leave Calendar
Register absence and sickness on to the Absence Management System (Itrent)
Organising and support the administration of Induction Programmes
Generating reports proposals and presentations using Microsoft Office and Keynote
Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive business information
Any other tasks as designated by the National Customer Relationship Manager
Qualifications :
About You
To be considered for this role you must have previous secretarial experience ideally gained within a dynamic fast paced organisation whilst operating with absolute integrity confidentiality and discretion.
Working in an environment where working efficiently under pressure and at pace will be key to your success. Outstanding organisational and planning skills are essential in this role. In addition well also expect you to have:
Have high level of PC/IT expertise particularly in respect of Keynote or PowerPoint applications and the production of professional graphic presentations
First rate communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to prioritise your workload
Working in a timely and professional manner
