Job Description

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the Product Roadmap in alignment with business objectives and global priorities.
- Define product vision goals and success metrics ensuring the products growth and market competitiveness.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
- Analyze market trends competitors and industry gaps to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Collaborate with UX Analytics and other teams to drive datadriven decisions and create customercentric solutions.
- Partner with the IT Project Manager to ensure timely delivery of initiatives including regular backlog grooming and ticket updates.
- Apply SDLC processes validate product releases and ensure quality by addressing bugs and prioritizing fixes.
- Monitor product health track performance and propose new features and solutions to improve the product.
- Use data analysis to inform strategic decisions enhance user experience and continuously improve product offerings.
- Participate in PMO processes and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain uptodate product training materials and provide 2ndline support for customerrelated issues.
- Mentor team members offering career development support where applicable.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in product management.
- Strong understanding of software development web technologies and Agile principles.
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with market trends and passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
