Flywire is looking for a seasoned and strategic Manager Global Talent Acquisition to spearhead recruitment efforts across EMEA. In this key role youll develop and scale a highimpact global talent acquisition function aligning it with Flywires growth ambitions and longterm workforce goals. Partnering with senior leadership and business leaders you will craft and implement innovative strategies to attract diverse toptier talent while ensuring a standout candidate experience. Leading a skilled team of regional recruiters youll drive collaboration enhance operational efficiency and strengthen Flywires employer brand on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Leadership:
Lead and mentor the global Talent Acquisition team ensuring the delivery of a unified bestinclass recruiting strategy that supports Flywires growth and future workforce needs.
Partner with senior leaders across EMEA to align recruitment strategies with regional and functional priorities.
Strategic Workforce Planning:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute proactive workforce strategies including headcount planning and recruitment roadmaps tailored to Flywires dynamic fastgrowing environment.
Design and implement innovative scalable sourcing strategies for technical (EPS) commercial (GTM) and nontechnical (G&A) functions.
Candidate Experience:
Oversee the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience for candidates at every stage.
Define and track metrics such as timetohire qualityofhire and candidate satisfaction to continuously enhance processes.
Employer Branding:
Elevate Flywires global employer brand positioning the company as a top employer of choice across key markets.
Develop targeted campaigns to attract diverse talent and reinforce Flywires reputation for innovation inclusion and excellence.
Operational Excellence:
Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations to optimize recruiting technologies tools and workflows driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Leverage data and analytics to refine recruitment strategies track performance and achieve Flywires equity inclusion and diversity (EID) goals.
Qualifications :
Heres What Were Looking For:
10 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role overseeing global recruitment teams across multiple regions.
Proven expertise in building and scaling global recruitment strategies for fastgrowing organizations in competitive markets.
Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
Strong track record in global sourcing recruitment marketing and employer branding with a commitment to innovation and excellence.
Datadriven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and use insights to drive operational improvements.
Deep commitment to fostering equity inclusion and diversity across all aspects of talent acquisition.
Proficiency in talent acquisition technologies applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters preferred) and recruitment process optimization.
Exceptional communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
