Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead with a strong background in SaaS consultation and the finance or accounting industry to oversee and mentor a highperforming sales team. In this role you will be responsible for driving sales strategies overseeing team performance and fostering growth while developing longlasting relationships with clients. You will play a key role in developing strategies to accelerate revenue growth and expand Mazeeds presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead coach and mentor a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tactics and action plans to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Utilize your expertise in SaaS and finance/accounting sectors to advise prospects and clients on the best solutions for their business needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting networking and partnerships.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Mazeeds solutions and effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials presentations and campaigns.
  • Track and report on sales performance KPIs and key metrics to senior management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with highlevel decisionmakers within target accounts.
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of new sales team members ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends competitors and best practices to continuously refine sales tactics and strategies.
  • Provide insightful feedback and recommendations for product and service improvements based on customer interactions.

Qualifications :

Requirements:

  • Experience: 58 years of experience in sales with at least 23 years in a leadership or team management role. Experience in a SaaS company and a background in consultation accounting or finance is a must.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the SaaS industry particularly in the accounting and finance sectors. Experience in financial solutions and how they align with business goals is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of driving sales success. Excellent communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills. Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to drive sales strategies.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets develop strategic plans and close complex sales deals.
  • Education: A bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales methodologies SaaS or finance is a plus.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) sales automation tools and proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
