Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager Digital Marketing to lead Procores APAC digital growth and expansion strategy. This role is ideal for a datadriven bestinclass digital marketer who thrives on building scalable strategies to fuel business growth. The ideal candidate is a handson expert who can scrutinise every stage of the marketing funnel driving acquisition and expansion through innovation precision and relentless optimisation.


As the Senior Manager Digital Marketing you will lead a team of two and collaborate closely with the APAC segment and global marketing teams to craft and execute a highimpact digital advertising strategy. Your work will directly contribute to meeting and exceeding acquisition pipeline and revenue goals while ensuring Procores leadership in the APAC region. You will work seamlessly with crossfunctional teams including sales customer success and operations to create a cohesive and optimised digitalfirst customer journey. Your ability to blend datadriven insights with creative innovation will be instrumental in delivering measurable results.

This position reports to the Senior Director Growth & Integrated Marketing and is based in our Sydney office.

What Youll Do

  • Lead the creation and execution of a fullfunnel databacked digital marketing strategy driving awareness acquisition and expansion across APAC.
  • Collaborate with Campaigns Events Web and Automation teams to ensure seamless tactical execution aligned with strategic goals.
  • Analyse and optimise customer journeys to ensure effective conversions across all touchpoints deliver highquality leads leveraging analytics to drive revenue growth and achieve measurable ROI.
  • Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop performance media plans across PPC programmatic display and social platforms like Meta and LinkedIn.
  • Spearhead the development and optimisation of account based marketing campaigns leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn Demandbase and other marketing tools.
  • Create a robust testing roadmap that includes new audiences messaging and creative strategies to drive continual improvement
  • Monitor measure and report on the performance of digital campaigns using data insights to guide strategy and optimisations and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership ensuring alignment with regional and global business objectives
  • Collaborate with the global Centre of Excellence teams to adopt and implement best practices in the APAC market.

What Were Looking For

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in B2B SaaS technology or a related industry.
  • Deep knowledge of PPC programmatic/display and paid social with handson expertise in managing digital platforms tools and analytics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and drive datainformed decisionmaking and experience creating actionable insights from marketing metrics to optimise pipeline performance and maximise ROI.
  • Proven expertise in developing and optimising accountbased marketing strategies that drive measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Effective communicator capable of managing multiple stakeholders including agency relationships and ability to work crossfunctionally with teams across sales marketing and operations to ensure alignment and impact.
  • Proficient in developing strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology and analytics to scale digital campaigns and optimise every aspect of the marketing funnel.
  • Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM) Adobe tech stack and Tableau or other analytics tools is essential.
