Your mission
Leading and coordinating the customer support team
Developing and implementing support strategies to increase customer satisfaction
Analyzing support data and metrics to identify and resolve issues
Collaborating with other departments to improve customer service processes
Your profile
Several years of experience in customer service preferably in a leadership position
Excellent communication skill in Dutch French and German/English
Experience in analyzing and improving support processes
Problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset
