Job Description
We are the leading ecommerce company in the window and door sector in Europe. Behind our nine online shops is Neuffer Fenster Tren GmbH founded in Stuttgart in 1872. Tasks
- First point of contact for customers and prospective buyers for one of our International (French Italian or Spanish) online shops for puchasing windows and doors
- Answer inquiries by phone email and live chat
- Process orders and provide customer support throughout the entire order lifecycle
- Handle questions returns and complaints
- Communicate with external partners service providers and suppliers
- Work closely with the Business Development and Logistics departments
Requirements
- Commercial professional with a technical background in the window industry or a certified wood technician master glazier or window technician
- Previous experience in window construction or the window trade is required
- Strong communication skills and a high level of organizational talent
- Reliability resilience and the ability to work well in a team
- Skilled in MS Office
- Proficiency in either German or English is a must
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian Spanish or French
