Job Description

As HR Business Partner you will have ownership over all HR matters of the specific business unit youre working for. This includes both the strategic and the operational elements of the work.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for supporting the business leaders with peoplerelated insights in relation to the business strategy and analyzing the business needs pertaining to right competence and organization set up.
  2. Responsible for performance management talent management and succession planning for respective business unit.
  3. Driving an agenda that promotes fairness longterm retention people development and the engagement of every team member.
  4. Partner with the leaders of the businesses you are responsible for; to do this effectively you need to focus on peoples strengths and understand how the business works to a great level of detail.
  5. Effectively collaborate with the specialist HR functions based in the region and global team
  6. You deliver on the areas you have ownership for by living our values every day

Qualifications :

LocationDelhi/Bangalore

Years of Experience 78 years plus in a similar role

MBA in HR/Masters in HR/Psychology or any other equivalent

Skills Stakeholder Management Business strategy critical thinking problem solving people management understanding of employee lifecycle.
