Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Medical and Cosmetics fields. The ideal candidate will develop and deploy sales strategies, oversee sales processes, and drive performance to meet quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales objectives, strategies, and target plans.
- Design sales programs, policies, and performance metrics to support growth objectives.
- Support the sales forecasting process and ensure the sales team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

Sales Budgeting and Account Management:
- Develop the annual sales budget and achieve sales objectives within allocated resources.
- Regularly meet with key accounts to improve business relationships and act as an escalation point for key issues.

Sales Processes and Administration:
- Oversee documentation of sales processes, policies, and training materials.
- Collaborate with product marketing, legal, and finance teams to manage proposals, quotes, contracts, pricing, and compliance.

Competitive Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze competitor strategies and performance through system reports and independent research.
- Track and manage the sales and customer service pipeline, funnel, and operational metrics, delivering regular insights to drive business decisions.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Minimum 5 years as a Sales Manager in the Medical & Cosmetics industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in sales or revenue operations within start-ups is a plus.

Education:
- Sales Diploma is mandatory.
- MBA is highly preferred.
