Location: Hyderabad

Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Security Expert to collaborate with stakeholders and ensure the security of Salesforce applications across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce security a strong technical background and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce applications.
- Configure Salesforce Shield features including Platform Encryption Event Monitoring and Field Audit Trail to secure applications.
- Architect robust solutions in alignment with Salesforce security best practices.
- Conduct architecture reviews to validate solution design and recommend changes to meet business or technical objectives.
- Configure Salesforce IAM MFA and SSO for secure user authentication.
- Implement Salesforce settings to protect against malicious attacks.
- Conduct Salesforce Health Checks to identify and resolve potential security vulnerabilities.
- Document comprehensive security plans for Salesforce applications.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 59 years of experience in Salesforce security focusing on platforms like Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce applications.
- Strong handson experience in:
- Apex code review and platform configurations.
- Profiles and permissions assessments.
- Salesforce Shield including Event Monitoring Platform Encryption and Field Audit Trail.
- Salesforce Encryption covering data encryption at rest and in transit.
- Salesforce IAM including user setup roles profiles permissions and rolebased access controls.
- Configuring and optimizing Salesforce security settings (OWD sharing settings session management login policies IP restrictions and guest user access restrictions).
- Managing Salesforce objects workflows automation rules and reporting tools for data security.
- Monitoring and responding to security events in Salesforce environments.
- Apex code review and platform configurations.
- Ability to create and maintain detailed Technical Design Documentation for Salesforce security architecture processes and configurations.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint and Word).
Preferred:
- B.E. / B.Tech MBA.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP / CISM (or equivalent).

1.Technical Environment: SailPoint IdentityIQ 2.Design, Develop and Deploy SailPoint IIQ implementation(s). 3. Contribute to the Requirements Gathering activities. 4.Contribute to the activities for Technical Design. 5.Contribute to the Project Documentation, such as the Solution Requirements Specifications, 6.Business Requirements Document, Technical Design Document, Test Cases Document etc. 7.Develop code and perform unit testing in line with the requirements and design, for all client-specific use cases. 8.Contribute to or Lead the Code Review activities. Contribute to business development activities, such as working on business proposals. 13.Contribute to any possible IAM strategy engagements which would encompass Current State Assessment, Vendor Comparison and Selection, Target State Documentation, and Road Map, etc. 14. Contribute to or Lead internal SailPoint IIQ training sessions. 15.Adhere to and implement security best practices across all applicable engagements.
