EcoVadis is looking for a Project Manager to join our Corporate Development team. This team functions as a strategic and crossfunctional group responsible for coordinating efforts to align our operations and culture with the organizations overall strategy. This includes change management project and program management and process improvement.

The Corporate Development Project Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of crossfunctional initiatives that align with EcoVadiss strategic goals. This individual will be a key facilitator bridging diverse teams managing stakeholders and ensuring project outcomes are delivered effectively.

In this role you will:
Drive
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to build detailed plans understand dependencies and resolve resource requirements for flawless execution.
- Align goals across diverse tech teams and crossbusiness unit resources for smooth execution.
- Identify improvement and training opportunities and recommend courses of action.
- Facilitate decisionmaking and problemsolving to resolve issues while continuously evaluating and refining processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Execute
- Lead project execution and proactively manage changes ensuring timely decisions effective communication and team alignment.
- Identify assess and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate across departments including service marketing business and product teams to handle dependencies define schedules and drive alignment.
- Support the measurement of project outcomes by establishing baseline metrics and tracking performance improvements postexecution
Communicate
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders create a network to facilitate execution and understand their objectives and goals translating these into actionable project capabilities.
- Collaborate daily with teams across departments ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Preparing and presenting project status reports executive briefings and other governance artifacts (project and steering committee meetings) while managing all communications.
Change
- Leading teams through growth phases organizational change and improving or introducing new processes. Champion continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance processes remove bottlenecks and improve how we deliver customer value.
Strategic approach
- Focus on future maintainability and process improvement prioritizing efficiency in execution and sustainability of implemented solutions.
- Use clear and effective communication strategies including metaphors and visual aids to align and motivate teams.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Engineering Software Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 4 years) as a Project Manager or similar leadership role preferably in a techrelated crossfunctional environment.
- Strong understanding of the development lifecycle and Agile methodologies from ideation to deployment and handover to business as usual.
- Strong understanding of program/project management principles with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within scope and proactively addressing changes risks and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively prepare and present status reports executive briefings and other governance artifacts.
- Leadership in driving continuous improvement identifying opportunities to enhance processes removing bottlenecks and improving team efficiency.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make confident timely decisions in complex situations.
- Experience with process evaluation and improvement adopting best practices and tools to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborative mindset a resultsdriven approach and the ability to navigate a dynamic fastpaced environment
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity due to the crossfunctional nature of the role
