A lab manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a laboratory including managing staff maintaining equipment ensuring safety compliance ordering supplies coordinating research projects and guaranteeing quality control by adhering to relevant regulations all while providing technical expertise and training to lab personnel within their specific field of study
