Job Description

We are Hiring for Employee Data Management role with one of our esteemed multi national client for Bangalore location.


About the Client:

Our Client is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital cloud and security. Combining unmatched experience and specialized skills across more than 40 industries we offer Strategy and Consulting Technology and Operations Services.

Valid Passport Mandatory
Exp 2 exp. in HRO Oracle HRMS mandatory

WFO/WFH Hybrid Alternative week WFO. Note: For New Joiners the starting 2 months WFO

Work Timings 09:00am 6:30PM

Work Location Bangalore



Minimum 23 years of experience in Employee Data Management / Employee Services.

Handling all the activities of employee life cycle which Onboarding (profile updates) Employee Data Management ( Job Data ( Salary changes / promotions / transfers) and Personal Data ( Profile updates/ leaves / letters/ insurance enrollment etc) and Exit.

To have exposure to UAE clients ( not mandatory)

Have worked on Oracle Mandatory

Good knowledge on Excel to support on adhoc reports etc.

Communication skill Email communication skill in specific.

Handling client queries / escalations and redressal.

Valid Passport Mandatory


Please note: This is a contractual job opportunity under the payroll of 2COMS
