Job Summary:
- End Client is seeking a highly analytical and detailoriented Data Operations Analyst to ensure smooth data workflows improve data accuracy and support business intelligence initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will oversee data pipelines identify and resolve datarelated issues and provide actionable insights to help drive organizational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Operations and Management:
- Monitor maintain and optimize data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Perform ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency across all sources.
- Work closely with data engineering teams to address data architecture and infrastructure challenges.
Analytics and Insights:
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns trends and actionable insights.
Problem Solving and Quality Assurance:
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis for data inconsistencies and implement preventative measures.
- Test and validate data pipelines and processes to ensure reliability.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Serve as the liaison between business teams and technical teams translating data requirements into technical solutions.
- Document processes workflows and data dictionaries for better crossfunctional understanding.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction manipulation and analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and frameworks (e.g. Apache Airflow Informatica or Talend).
- Knowledge of cloudbased data platforms (e.g. AWS Google BigQuery Snowflake or Azure).
- Understanding of data governance security and compliance best practices.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work across teams.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Mathematics Statistics or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in data operations data analysis or a similar role.
