Job Description:
We are hiring a Sales Manager with 4–8 years of experience in Business Loans (BL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) to lead sales and business development efforts in the Karnal region.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of BL & LAP products to achieve targets.
Build relationships with clients channel partners and intermediaries.
Recruit train and manage a highperforming sales team.
Conduct market analysis and adapt strategies to meet business goals.
Ensure compliance and proper loan documentation.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (MBA preferred).
Experience: 4–8 years in BL & LAP sales.
Strong communication negotiation and team management skills.
