Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
Design and manage automated email campaigns for customer followups and newsletters
Segment audiences and create targeted messaging strategies
Monitor email performance metrics and optimize for better engagement
Automated Outreach:
Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns using automation tools
Create compelling message sequences for different target audiences
Maintain and clean prospect lists
Content Creation & Social Media:
Create and manage daily Reddit content strategy with highengagement posts
Produce YouTube Shorts that align with marketing objectives
Write engaging copy that resonates with target communities
Build and maintain content calendar across platforms
Analytics & Optimization:
Track key conversion metrics across all marketing channels
Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities
Create regular reports on campaign performance
Implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Ideal candidates
Worked on growth at a series A or other early stage dev tool company with direct suggestions and ideas of what worked best at that company
2 5 years of experience in growth marketing at early to growth stage startups ideally in B2B DevTools companies
Proven experience in content creation particularly video production for LinkedIn and Twitter
Experience in B2B or tech sales funnel management
Experience with optimizing Reddit marketing
