You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEstablish a multi-year vision and strategy of how the Cricut s subscription offering will deliver an unprecedented value to our members and drive engagement with the Cricut hardware, software and content ecosystem.
• Define and own all key metrics related to our Subscription service - revenue, margin, attachment, churn, engagement, lifetime value, and more.
• Develop and execute a holistic, prioritized and pragmatic roadmap, leveraging consumer insights and data, and that delivers a clear path to realizing our subscription platform vision and goals.
• Drive the detailed requirements, specifications, and rollout plans for service features across platforms.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration with all key stakeholders across the company, establishing shared objectives for our subscription service and associated KPI s.
• Partner with product, engineering, UX, and marketing to ensure a cohesive integration of the subscription touch points across the broader Cricut product ecosystem.
• Partner with the marketing and Cricut.com teams to identify and implement the most effective conversion strategies.
