Area Sales Manager
Location: Nationwide Opportunities
Role Profile (The purpose of the role)
CreatePay are a leading provider of payment solutions products dedicated to helping small to medium sized UK businesses streamline their payment processes. We are currently looking for dynamic and resultsdriven Area Sales Manager to join our team. As an Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for visiting businesses conducting cold calls and appointed meetings whilst driving the adoption of our payment solutions products.
base salary with uncapped commission (OTE 80000K) based on experience

Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
Responsibilities of the role (What we want you to do)
1. Promoting a culture of growth through sales across the business
Success Measures (What success in the role looks like)
1. Achieve all sales targets in a consistent manner (month by month)
2. Maintain high levels of growth of Revenue and sales volume
3. Achieve all agreed objectives with positively trending relative key performance indicators
4. Converting sales appointments and selfgeneration appointments to live and transacting customers as per KPI
Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role)
1. Successful track record of working in a sales team and an ability to demonstrate an ability to grow and develop
2. Proven experience in a sales role in a field sales and B2B sales capacity.
3. Relatable and positive experience of working in a fastpaced transforming organisation where everything isn t perfect but we re working hard to get there.
Skills/Qualifications (The personal capabilities needed to excel in this role)
1. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
2. Selfmotivated driven and resultsoriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
4. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
5. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
6. Knowledge of payment solutions or financial products is a plus
