Position Overview
The China Strategy Sales Team Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies managing sales operations and overseeing a team to ensure alignment with the companys business objectives. This role requires strong leadership strategic planning and organizational skills to drive performance manage budgets and deliver comprehensive reports for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute promotional plans to support business goals.
- Prepare annual and strategic business plans including financial budgeting and forecasting.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Supervise and manage team members including attendance performance evaluations and KPI achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align objectives and provide feedback.
- Operational Management
- Oversee regional office operations ensuring seamless communication and effective workflows.
- Monitor and manage general administrative tasks for the sales team.
- Sales Reporting & Presentations
- Develop and present detailed reports including business reviews and sales strategies to the CEO and executive leadership.
- Manage sales indicators and performance metrics for effective decisionmaking.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Work closely with other departments to ensure consistent business execution and operational excellence.
Salary: $70K $80K / per year
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales strategy sales team management or a related field.
- Prior experience managing a team and overseeing multiple operational functions.
- Languages:
- Korean: Fluent (required)
- Chinese: Intermediate level or higher (preferred)
- English: Proficient communication skills (required)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word at a professional level.
- Strong analytical presentation and reportwriting abilities.
Additional Information
- Work Environment: 100% onsite role Monday to Friday (9 AM to 6 PM).
- Travel: Less than 10% anticipated.
- Other Requirements: Ability to manage multiple priorities ensure team productivity and provide leadership in a fastpaced environment.
