Based in Espoo Jyvskyl or Tampere youll work with a team that values expertise collaboration and innovation.
Your Role: Fueling Growth Inspiring Change
As a Growth Marketing Consultant youll collaborate with diverse B2B and B2C clients to enhance their digital presence boost traffic and drive meaningful engagement. Youll play a vital role in shaping customer journeys and optimizing business outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing growth marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
- Implementing and managing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (proficiency in JavaScript required).
- Leading client meetings and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Analyzing data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Using tools like Google Looker Studio to craft compelling data visualizations.
Whether youre brainstorming new campaigns or optimizing existing channels no two days will look the same. And with our hybrid work model youll have the flexibility to balance inoffice collaboration and remote focus.
About You: A Growth Mindset and a Spark
Were looking for someone with:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business IT or a related field.
- A solid 2 years of handson experience in SEO Google & Meta Ads Web Analytics and conversion optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire trust in clients and colleagues alike.
- Confidence in presenting ideas coupled with a solutionsfocused attitude.
- Nativelevel Finnish and professional proficiency in English (additional Nordic languages are a plus!).
Bonus points if you thrive on tackling challenges headon enjoy working across multiple projects and have a genuine passion for helping clients grow.
