Omtera is an awardwinning consultancy and solution provider specializing in datadriven growth and work management solutions. We partner with leading platforms like Mixpanel Braze and Snowflake as well as work management tools like Asana Airtable and Miro. Were seeking a Solution Consultant who excels at designing workflows is proficient in CRM and automation systems and is passionate about empowering clients to work smarter and more efficiently.
This fully remote role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills technical expertise and a nativelevel command of English.
Tasks
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and design tailored workflows using Asana Airtable and Miro.
- Develop and implement work management and process automation solutions that improve team productivity.
- Conduct discovery sessions create solution proposals and lead product demonstrations.
- Provide expert guidance on CRM configuration and integration with automation tools.
- Train and support client teams to adopt and maximize the use of work management and automation platforms.
- Stay current on platform updates and industry trends to deliver innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers and successful project implementations.
Requirements

- Proven experience in designing workflows and implementing work management tools (e.g. Asana Airtable Miro).
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms and automation tools.
- Nativelevel proficiency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in delivering client training and support is a plus.
- AI supported workflow automation is a plus.
