About The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant you will play a vital role in sourcing engaging and securing toptier talent for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with top talent through various channels including social media job boards and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to match candidates with the best job opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing support and consultancy to clients regarding market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic business development initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in English both written and spoken. Second language is nice to have!
- A proactive and resultsdriven approach to problemsolving.
