Job description
About the Role:
- Lead the endtoend design process from concept development to delivery ensuring highquality and usercentered solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
- Conduct user research interviews and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
- Create wireframes prototypes and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends design best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor team members.
