Job Title: Workday Specialist(US Citizens Only)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation configuration and ongoing support of Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) solutions including Core HR Payroll Benefits Recruiting Talent Management and Learning modules.
- Collaborate with HR IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements and design Workday solutions that optimize HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Configure and customize Workday to meet organizational needs including setting up business processes security reports and integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Manage and maintain Workday integrations with other systems (e.g. payroll ERP benefits administration etc.) using Workdays Studio Web Services and integration tools.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to HR teams ensuring that Workday is used to its full potential for employee data management payroll processing talent acquisition and performance management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday functionality ensuring system stability and minimal downtime.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday to support HR analytics employee performance compliance and other HRrelated metrics.
- Perform Workday system upgrades patches and releases ensuring smooth transitions and system functionality.
- Conduct training sessions and create user documentation for HR staff and endusers to improve system adoption and usage.
- Monitor Workday system performance ensuring optimal user experience and system efficiency.
- Stay uptodate with Workday updates new features and best practices recommending improvements and enhancements to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in configuring and administering Workday HCM modules including Core HR Payroll Benefits Recruiting Talent Management and Learning.
- Expertise in Workday integrations including Workday Studio Web Services and other integration tools.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they map to Workday functionality.
- Experience in Workday report writing including custom reports dashboards and business process reports.
- Solid troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and HR professionals.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects ensuring timely delivery and quality of work.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Workday Certification in one or more HCM modules (Core HR Recruiting Payroll etc.) is highly desirable.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
